First of all, Edison turns 2 years, 5 months old today. He remains awesome. As Jim tells me every night after we get him to bed, "Edison is so sophisticated." We are just amazed that we can have these conversations with him about topics like family, the moon, what we did that day, animals, what he likes to eat. He dazzles us.
Well like the title suggests, we had lunch at
Oskar Blues Brewery. We were in Longmont visiting family and had lunch there. What a beautiful bar... It's very family-friendly and the back patio has a giant sandbox for kids and adults. We sat by the game room and there was a set of bongo drums and a mini-piano by our table that Edison liked to play.
It was also great (and very random) that we ran into some friends of ours that have two little kids too that we haven't seen in months! We loved seeing you Nickell family, see you soon!
