Trains, Astronauts and Snow, OH MY!

We've been keeping busy... here's an update on Edison's adventures through pictures:

Jim took some time off of work a few weeks ago and so here we are near the railroad where many CHOO CHOO trains pass by-That afternoon it started snowing-

Day two of the snowstorm and so Jim decided to see if there were any educational shows online for Edison to watch. He turned on an episode of Sesame Street online and Edison discovered Elmo for the first time, let's just say he wants to see "Elmo" a lot, after never seeing anything on television before-

Day three of the snowstorm and we have cabin fever, so we venture out to D-Note for some pizza. We had the place to ourselves-
This was from one of the warmer of the snow days. Here's Edison in his snowsuit-
Halloween was spent at the Highland Trick-or-Treat Street with our friend Max.
Then we had lunch at Red Trolley and waited for the Lower Highland Trick-or-Treat Street to begin. We met up with our friend Oscar and his parents. By the time the festivities began, it was naptime and Edison was laying on the sidewalk saying "shh shh shh" which is code for wanting to sleep.

This was taken last night. Edison needs a haircut *really* bad (his first haircut), but since our hairdresser is out of town Jim decided to put product in his hair and give him a fauxhawk. When Edison got to the mirror to see himself, he stared with his eyes really big, his jaw dropped and all the milk came spilling out and he started laughing hysterically! SO FUNNY!

Well his hair didn't stay styled for too long... last night was "Night at the Museums" in Denver and all museums were free entry. We went to the Forney Museum of Transportation and WOW, we loved it! Here is Edison and I standing in front of his namesake.
We got to ring the big choo choo bell!
And before we left we rode the mechanical horse. Edison didn't like it so here's Jim getting him off of it. We decided we'd pet the horse instead.
Well today at the park Edison fell in love with a little girls' "skip bo" and after she took it away from him and he cried a lot of tears, she was up for sharing it with him. He even wanted to take it on the swing!
