Yesterday we went on a walk up to Inspiration Point Park to look for a fox, but instead we saw a cat that looked exactly like our very own Shipmates! The cat started walking toward us like he knew us and Edison and I were both convinced it was Shippy, but upon further inspection the cat seemed to be a bit younger, smaller and had a white patch of hair on his chest. Otherwise, it was Ship's long-lost brother!
When we go on walks Edison finds many treasures around the neighborhood like pine cones, rocks, sticks-

...oh and here's a quick laugh for my mom and dad. Yesterday Jim pulled the ol' "Steve Sweeney" on Edison. Edison had a clothespin and Jim clipped it on his shirt to show him how it worked. I giggled thinking about the time when my prankster dad put a clothespin on the back of my mom's coat without her knowing before heading out to the grocery store, just cuz. Twas a little embarrassing for her, but in retrospect funny since my dad likes to keep things humorous! So here's a picture of Edison with clothespins on the back of his shirt pushing his cart dedicated to my parents!
